my first role in customer service became the foundation of my corporate career at envelopments. in the customer service role, i delved into the intricacies of paper, die lines, printing, and providing essential support to our wholesale vendors. this experience exposed me to the operational side of the business and laid the groundwork for my multifaceted growth within the company.
i was fortunate enough to be mentored by our talented creative director. under his guidance, i was introduced to the art of raw photography and immersed myself in the process of creating and managing website assets. this new skill set opened doors for me to work with prestigious clients such as the pga tour, USC, and zazzle for custom invitations. it was a period of rapid development as i embraced new responsibilities and challenges.
my journey in the corporate world allowed me to expand my understanding of social media, catalogue layout|design, wedding invitation suite layout|design and the intricacies of collaborating within a team to meet tight deadlines and work within budget constraints. each project became an opportunity for personal and professional growth, and i found myself thriving in the dynamic environment.
